As a SHE-Q Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our colleagues, contractors, and customers around the world are protected and that our operations are conducted with the utmost care.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain industry-leading SHE-Q standards across all projects, ensuring compliance with Mammoet and customer requirements.
- Liaise effectively with various stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and customers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions to assess and improve workplace activities and job site safety.
- Develop and implement effective SHE-Q systems, processes, and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential safety risks and hazards.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience in SHE-Q regulations and professional-level experience in SHE-Q systems, HLT equipment, and MS Office suite.
- Fluent proficiency in English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing.
- Vocational education in a technical discipline.
- Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in the civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, and mining sectors.
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Associate degree in Health, Safety, and Environment discipline.
