  • Collecting client's feedback and surveys
  • Social Media testimonials
  • Getting ourselves and our customers celebrating the main occasions within the buildings (Christmas & New Year, Ramadan, National day, Chinese New year, Easter)
  • Building a facetoface engagement relationship with our non UAE resident clients to enhance our relationship
  • Activation our nonactive clients and updating our client's data base
  • Social Media testimonials
