Job Purpose:

In line with Emirates Group's ambitious growth plans and global recruitment drive, we are seeking a Recruitment Partner to join our Corporate Services & Executive Recruitment team.

This permanent role is based full-time at the Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai.

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with our hiring managers and HR Business Partners to comprehensively understand the departments hiring needs and goals
  • Promote the Emirates Group as the employer of choice
  • Innovate strategies to attract and pipeline untapped talent
  • Utilise digital recruitment tools including Oracle Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue, Boolean
  • Design, with support from the Business Psychologist team, appropriate recruitment, and selection methodologies, i.e. case study, assessment centre, digital assessment

Qualifications & Experience:
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience as a Recruiter within an executive search firm or in-house recruitment team
  • OR 12 years schooling and 8+ years' experience in recruitment
  • Experience with the selection processes and able to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework
  • Intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mindset and the desire to constantly improve
  • Able to form effective relationships at all levels of the business, including executives and senior leaders
  • Wellversed with digital recruitment tools including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work at pace, in a pressurised environment
  • Open and flexible in your approach; able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
  • Resilient and tenacious in your capacity to persevere through challenges A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo

How You'll Work:

  • We work with Oracle Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue and Microsoft Office
  • We're full time in office, and do not offer hybrid, workfromhome or remote options
  • We work 42 hours per week, Monday
  • Friday
