About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Egypt. The successful candidate will report directly to Alexandre Corbin, Head of Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract Top Talent: Identify and attract the best non-technical candidates through creative sourcing channels.
- Candidate Management: Conduct human interviews, assess qualifications, and create an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Strategic Sourcing: Question the status quo, bring fresh ideas, and influence decision-making to revolutionize talent acquisition.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, fine-tune recruitment strategies, and outperform the competition.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Non-Technical Recruiter or Sourcer (in-house or agency).
- Proven experience in high-volume sourcing, particularly in the call center or customer service industry.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search and pre-screening calls.
- Ability to craft personalized and engaging messages.
- Highly organized and data-driven approach.
- Agility to adapt to tight deadlines and intense workloads.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
