Overview of the role:

is responsible for managing and growing a company's relationships with its most important clients.

They work closely with these key accounts to understand their needs, develop strategies to meet those needs, and ensure that the company is consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations.


What you will do:

  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams within the company to ensure seamless execution of key account strategies and initiatives
  • Identifying and addressing any customer concerns or issues in a timely manner
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and market conditions that could impact key accounts
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for any escalations or urgent requests from key accounts
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitor activity within key accounts and developing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Identifies business opportunities by establishing the contacts with the corporate customer prospects and analyzing sales options
  • Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information and recommending solutions.
  • Identifies product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
