Key Account Manager will be responsible to manage and promote the sales of Oil & Gas Products.

Job Responsibilities:


- Minimum of 7-8 years prior sales experience in the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi, focusing on technical products in industrial markets, especially within oil & gas sector like power generation, production, storage, and processing.
- Prequalification of products, OEMs with ADNOC group & major oil companies.
- Demonstrated ability to uncover, develop, and win complex technical projects in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Proven track record of sales growth across different channels (end user, OEM, distributors) with global and national contractors & oil companies.
- Strong history of building collaborative relationships by interfacing directly with customers early and often.
- Understanding customers' requirements, providing solutions, and adding value in terms of better maintenance, higher productivity, and process efficiency.
- Presenting and demonstrating specialty product ranges, helping customers appreciate the true value of products resulting in business generation.
- Developing new customers, establishing new accounts, products, and services within the assigned territory.
- Demonstrating products, services, and solutions to potential clients and customers.
- Well versed with project specifications and documentations.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals in line with company policy.
- Achieving regular sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelors Degree in (Mechanical/ Chemical) Engineering. At least 6-8 years of sales experience in UAE countries for industrial products like valves, pipe, fittings, rotating equipments, strainers.
- Strong track record with delivering growth in both sales and profitability.
- Strong connection with clients, consultants, contractors, and major oil companies.
- Technical aptitude and strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with all levels of engineering and consultant personnel.
- Strong problem-solving ability, good negotiation, and closing skills to drive sales.
- Strong market analysis capabilities. Able to understand market drivers, competition, customer needs, and estimate financial opportunity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar applications. Hands-on experience on Sales Force & D365 will be an advantage.
- Having UAE driving license is a must.
