The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining key client accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. This role involves being the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipating client needs, ensuring internal deadlines are met, and supporting both client and company success.

Key responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets with agreed gross margins.
  • Develop business with existing clients and acquire new customers, identifying areas of improvement to meet sales targets.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Resolve key account issues and complaints, developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
  • Anticipate key account changes and improvements.
  • Use company CRM and follow Group Sales Process.
Managerial Responsibilities
  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key accounts and the company.
  • Manage communication between key accounts and internal teams.
  • Work with the sales team, logistics, managers, marketing, and other departments to ensure all key account needs are met.
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders.
  • Educate customers regarding new product features and enhancements.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports with remarks on achievement.
Organizational Responsibilities
  • Meet all key account needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and establish timelines for performance.
  • Set out quality standards for sales operational areas, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Coordinate and manage the overall key account strategy to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in selling solutions, with at least 2 years in the office automation industry.
Educational Qualifications and Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing.
