Head of Marketing Consumer and Digital MEA

Job Description:


Responsible to create, support and implement Marketing strategy for Middle East Africa; in alignment with MEA Cluster Head, GMs and core commercial functions: Marketing RBUs, commercial org.


To create trusted partnership, supporting BUs in ensuring seamless, high-quality execution of marketing/brand plans and digital strategy for MEA markets ensuring sustainable growth year on year.

Responsible to lead Marketing function with focus on Consumer business (and MEA digital).


Job Responsibilities- Responsible for executing of marketing strategy for Cx MEA; in alignment with commercial strategy, GBUs and create clear roadmap of implementation across all MEA markets- Drive Cetaphil market share across all markets via market outperformance- Lead marketing function in close collaboration with GMs, Sales execution team- Ensure close management of all digital channels such as social media, blogs, others etc.

for consistent messaging through all channels with one "premium" agenda- Create digital & core marketing (Cx) programs capable of measuring ROI and KPIs, to support strategy development and clear execution impacting targets positively-as per plan.- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction and to keep with premium brand image- Manage online content, improvise regularly to keep with audience expectations and to create better brand image.- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market share- Liaise with BU and Marketing employees to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies- Stay up to date with digital technology developments- Plan and drive the social media campaigns that increase overall engagement rate and sentiment of target customer base- Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer/patient journey to drive engagements and conversions- Maintain strong relationships with partner platforms, such as Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, and others- Prepare and analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.

Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's or relevant Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing from a reputed university.- Creative individual and strong leader with exceptional interpersonal skills- In-depth knowledge of MEA consumer landscape- Fluent in English, Arabic highly preferred- Minimum years of experience in Marketing, social media marketing/ digital marketing with at least 5+ years in a leadership role- Demonstrate understanding of marketing, social media and its analytics tools- Strong understanding of the online brand building strategy and process- Influencer's relationship management- Problem solver, with high learning and people agility
