Maritime Cluster Management
Job Purpose

  • Manage, implement and drive integrated marketing strategies, plans and promotional efforts for the Maritime Cluster driven by market and consumer research
  • Implement and execute all the products and services marketing strategies and activities to generate sales leads and meet business targets
  • Manage the delivery of the marketing plans to meet and accomplish agreed business objectives and synchronise across other AD Ports Group business activities
  • Accountable for, and reports to, the Marketing & Communication Director on all marketing KPIs and business ROIs generated from conducted marketing campaigns and activities
Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and represent the marketing work stream that services the Maritime Cluster to all internal stakeholders
  • Manage and execute all marketing Cluster activities and translate their strategies into integrated annual plans, campaigns and tactical deliverables intended to achieve agreed KPIs
  • Enforce the development and delivery of annual plans, campaigns and activities in collaboration with the Marketing Intelligence & Research team, assigned Communications Manager for the Cluster and work closely with the wider Corporate Marketing and Communications (CMC) team (marketing services, digital marketing, social media, branding, events, external and internal communications functions) to:
o Build reputation, equity and position the Cluster's portfolio

  • Generate business sales leads and drive customer acquisitions
o Increase brand awareness in set market/s

  • Organize integrated marketing activities: advertising, direct marketing, social media, digital marketing, events and experiential marketing activations, etc.
  • Implement (while working closely with the Brand team) marketing campaigns and project plans that span across all forms of marketing: digital, social media, event and experiential, branded content and collaterals

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager and Communications work stream to develop annual marketing strategies for existing/new products or services
  • Assist in the review and evaluation of the Cluster's product / service offerings against periodic market and consumer research
  • Work with the internal CMC research and data specialists, or the organization's research department, an understand target markets, audiences, competitors, and value propositions for each of the businesses
  • Monitor and assess key trends from market and consumer research considering key consumer drivers/barriers/attitudes and competitors' activities that may impact the Cluster's businesses, and recommend innovative marketing approaches
  • Track and report KPIs and business ROI on all marketing projects, campaigns, events for the Cluster and recommend changes as required

People Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage and steer the direct reports towards achieving set objectives, ensuring personal growth and learning development needs are met
  • Monitor direct reports and hold team members accountable for ensuring marketing deliverables are bestinclass, aligned to the agreed objectives, budgets and timeframes

Required Qualification and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is required
