As a member of the Enterprise Applications Team, you will provide support services for the implementation, integration, and ongoing administration of all internal systems and applications.

Key Result Areas (Key Accountabilities):ERP System Support and Enhancement:Support and enhance the existing Oracle ERP System.
Design, develop, and deploy custom reports and user interfaces.
Implement Oracle Application Framework and workflow based on departmental needs.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations for IT software projects.

Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve ERP functionality issues.
Troubleshoot technical issues and identify necessary modifications to meet changing user requirements.

HRMS Module Support:
Provide technical and functional support for the Oracle HRMS Module.
Review support tickets, analyze feasibility for enhancements, and facilitate system testing and UAT.

User Support and Training:
Provide support to current users of all applications to maximize benefits.
Prepare user documentation, provide training, and ensure appropriate security and authorizations.

Business Process Review:
Assist in reviewing business processes to determine necessary functionality.
Lead workshops to address cross-functional issues and provide ongoing advice and problem resolution.

System Improvement:
Monitor application usage and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with users and support groups to develop and test system modifications.

Collaboration:
Communicate relevant operations and developments to colleagues in IT.Participate in maintaining service agreements and company relationships.

Project Management:
Manage small to medium scale IT projects from planning to execution.
Ensure adherence to IT policies and processes.

Policy Adherence:
Follow internal IT policies, including ITIL Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes

Technical Projects:
Manage and implement projects to enhance Oracle system performance and utilization

Knowledge Maintenance:
Keep updated with relevant software developments to ensure maximum business benefits

Advanced Support:
Provide advanced support for IT system users on all applications, reporting systems, and databases.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Job-Related Competencies:

Educational Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems

Experience Profile:
Extensive work in the IT industry, with prior experience in an ERP technical role.
Technical experience with Oracle is necessary.
Techno-functional experience in Oracle HR modules is a great advantage.
Experience as an Oracle Application Framework (OAF) Technical Consultant.

Expertise in Oracle Apps Technical areas, including PLSQL, Workflows, Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle Application Framework, Oracle Approval Management, Web Services, Custom API Development.

Oracle Technical Certification is a strong advantage.
ITIL framework/process experience is a strong advantage.
Experience in leading technical projects and knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies preferred.
Business Objects reporting systems and upstream oil/gas industry experience are advantages.
Knowledge of Data Analytics platforms like Tableau/PowerBi is an advantage.

Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
