  10. Manage small to medium-scale IT projects from requirements gathering to execution, applying project management best practices.
  11. Adhere to IT policies and processes, including ITIL Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Main Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, with a strong foundation in software development and IT principles.
  2. At least 10 years of IT industry experience, with a minimum of 7 years in an ERP technical role, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
  3. Technical experience with Oracle and techno-functional experience in Oracle HR modules, with a deep understanding of business processes and requirements.
  4. Expertise in Oracle Apps Technical areas such as PL/SQL, Workflows, Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle Application Framework, Oracle Approval Management, and Custom Application Development, with a focus on innovation and improvement.
  5. Oracle Technical Certification is highly desirable, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence.
  6. Experience with ITIL framework and agile methodologies is preferred, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  7. Upstream oil/gas industry experience and knowledge of data analytics platforms like Tableau/PowerBI are highly advantageous, highlighting a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
