Hiring company is leading Software Value Added Reseller and Technology Implementation company.

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager who is accountable for the promotion of company and its respective products/services through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing and potential customers within the assigned country.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering:


  • Minimum 7 Years of experience in Sales/Account Manager/IT, minimum 3 Years in UAE:

Background in Data Management and Analytics:


  • Familiar with Informatica, Snowflake, Microstrategy:
  • Demonstrable experience selling software within Larger Strategic accounts
  • Proven track record of accomplishments and over achievement of targets selling to C-Level suite, preferably in a Software OR SaaS environment
  • Indepth experience managing complex sales negotiations and valuebased selling
  • Ability to uncover business pain and handle objections
  • Ideally have formal training in a Sales Methodology
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism
  • You will have excellent customer focus, strong attention to detail and have the ability to operate in a dynamic sales organization
  • Key Competencies: Techno-Sales, Solution-Sales, Self-Driven, Ownership, Planning, Communication, Analytical, Target/Objective Oriented, Team-Player.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales life cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Detect new markets and markets needs to grow business and sales promoting company services including BMC Software Portfolio
  • Achieves assigned sales quotas and goals for customers located within a defined geographic territory (UAE) or account lists which include large and strategic named accounts and/or high potential or prospect named accounts.
  • Works on site with customers to develop relationships, understand their environments, and successfully sell BMC products and services.
  • Diagnose customer needs and recommend valuebased solutions that reflect a clear understanding of BMC's products and services, primary differentiators, customer segments, and key competitors' offerings.
  • Build trust and confidence with customers, partners and colleagues through unquestionable integrity and professionalism
  • Be a brand ambassador both internally and externally
  • Engage with dedicated presales, inside sales and internal ecosystem colleagues to achieve common goals

Salary:
AED18, AED23,000.00 per month
