As an Account Executive, you play a crucial role in Sitecore's expansion, not only driving substantial revenue in your territory but also utilizing your networks to introduce our solutions to potential Enterprise customers.

You will add genuine value to the sales process by understanding customers' core business needs and challenges and selling directly to top-level decision-makers.

Sitecore offers a unique blend of being well-established and top-of-the-line in our industry, while still providing a dynamic environment for Account Executives to make a significant impact on our continual growth.

This role demands a motivated individual who excels at securing new business, navigating complex sales cycles, and continuously striving to exceed expectations.


What You'll Do:
- Sell Sitecore DXP solutions exclusively to new clients within a specific geographic region.- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing by qualifying leads, forecasting, allocating resources, strategizing accounts, and planning effectively.- Lead productive sales interactions with new business clients, promoting collaboration and enhancing the customer experience.- Handle intricate enterprise sales cycles and effectively present the Sitecore suite to C-level executives using a consultative approach.- Utilize the Sitecore partner network throughout the sales process and beyond.- Develop and expand a robust sales pipeline of enterprise prospects in the assigned area with support from our exceptional SDR and Presales teams as well as your personal prospecting efforts.- Showcase Sitecore's offerings, value proposition, and industry trends.What You Need to Succeed:

- Proven experience in Enterprise software sales focusing on acquiring new business and negotiating high-value deals.- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.- Experience in selling and demonstrating complex SaaS solutions, managing the entire sales cycle efficiently.- Strong understanding of your territory, along with the ability to manage opportunities, implement growth strategies, and forge strategic relationships to meet deadlines.- Effective communication skills, adept at fostering internal and external relationships, and offering/receiving feedback and solutions across the organization.- Engaging presenter with a history of effectively showcasing Sitecore's offerings and values to various audiences.- Consultative approach and adept problem-solving skills.- Strong execution and process management abilities, capable of navigating systems and processes.- Recognized for your strong work ethic, determination, integrity, passion, and dedication.


Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Experience in sales using methodologies (preferably MEDDIC).- Demonstrated experience in selling SaaS MarTech Solutions.What We Offer You:
