Logistics Executive, you will oversee and manage all aspects of Import & Export, collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes.


Acting as an
Administrative Assistant, you will also handle all aspects relating to 3rd party supplier communications as well as Internal office communications.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as an Office Manager, handling all details pertaining to the image & success ~ Stationary, Supplies, 3rd partydeals.
  • Coordinate with Logistics & Freight companies to ensure best & most costeffective way of local & international shipping.
  • Manage active calendars, meetings, and necessary actions
  • PA to Directors: Provide support to Directors as needed, managing calendars, meetings, and necessary actions.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
AED4, AED4,500.00 per month
