They are looking for a Admin cum accounts person with Travel Agency Background.

2-3 years experience in the same.

Sharjah.

Job Description:

*Handles company clients.
*Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data
*Responsible for validating and reviewing PO's and other supporting documents before creating invoice to customers.
*Responsible for posting customer payments by recording cash and credit card transactions.
*Prepares sales invoice, sales journal, any documents/journals related to sales transactions.
*Updates receivable sub-ledgers by totaling unpaid invoices at month-end.
*Summarizes transactions done by the customer and issue monthly customers statements
*Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from Sales / Operations team, Refunds Department and from customers.
*Resolves any customers' billing issues and deals with invoice-related queries from them.
*Preparation of Visa Handoff files and uploads the data to Visa website. Ensures that the amounts charged to customer credit card tallies with the file and are valid.
Ensures that actual cash received tallies with the cash book entries.

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
