Your role is to coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance and compiling documents for meetings.
Requirements:
- Must relocate to any branches in the UAE.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically excel, outlook, and word
- Working experience in Tally and accounting
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to effectively multitask, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fastpaced environment.
- Must be able to function effectively in a busy, teamoriented environment.
- Detail-Oriented
- Minimum 1 year experience
