Salary range starts from 2000 AED to 2500 AED ( Depends on experience and interview performance).

Responsibilities:

Employee Attendance Maintenance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee attendance records in the designated system.
Assist employees in marking attendance and address any related queries or issues.
Generate attendance reports on a regular basis for management review.

Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the senior account personnel, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist in organizing and maintaining accounting files, documents, and records.
Prepare and distribute internal communications related to attendance, leave policies, and reminders.

Data Entry and Recordkeeping:
Ensure accurate and timely entry of accounting-related data into appropriate systems or databases.
Maintain confidentiality and security of financial and employee data.
Assist in organizing and filing financial documents, invoices, and receipts.

Communication and Coordination:
Liaise with employees, managers, and HR personnel to resolve attendance-related inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with the accounting team to gather and compile necessary information for reports and projects.
Coordinate with external parties, such as vendors or clients, as required.

Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and propose solutions for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
Assist in implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures related to attendance tracking and administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an accounting or finance department.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with attendance tracking systems or software is desirable.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Strong problemsolving and time management skills.
