An Immigration Company (Gulf Migration Services) based in Dubai is looking for a skilled and highly experienced Sales Floor Supervisor to handle a team of 30-40 employees.


Duties/Responsibilities:


We are looking for a skilled and highly experienced Sales Floor Supervisor to handle a team of immigration consultants who can help with the company revenue growth by creating effective sales strategy and execution.

Competitive basic salary plus team commission/monthly sales incentive awaits.

  • Managing a team of Immigration Consultants and responsible for leading sales team to reach monthly sales target.
  • Planning and overlooking the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to reach sales target.
  • Ensuring the team to be constantly updated with the immigration programs ( Canada/UK/Australia/Germany).

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field
  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
  • At least 3 years of Sales team handling experience.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
AED6, AED9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
