Job Summary:

We are seeking a social media & Creative Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for social media and content creation. As a social media & Creative Content Manager, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our marketing department and social media agencies (Entertainment / Sports). You will work on creating and executing social media campaigns that align with our brand, developing engaging & optimized content across various social media platforms, and working closely with other teams to ensure a cohesive strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media agencies to develop and execute delivery across key marketing campaigns and objectives.
  • Ensure clear social calendars are maintained and followed in accordance with marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Work with agencies to ensure media is optimized by platform using best practices.
  • Be our social expert and QA officer when it comes to social creatives presented. Ensure content is optimized and on-brand.
  • Own the social reporting process and social account health checks.
  • Own the community management process with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ideate and produce engaging content for our social media channels including but not limited to YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Lead social creative campaign brainstorming sessions.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work with creative teams to develop & own social media toolkits for campaigns and ensure access to all stakeholders.
  • Use listening tools to identify trends & opportunities for our social agencies to exploit.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to ensure we are maximizing our reach and engagement.
  • Manage social media influencer campaigns and brand partnerships to increase visibility and engagement of our brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
  • Portfolio of social content created.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and trends
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Native Arabic speaker and fluency in English are a must.
