You will micro manage all layers of the sales channel and improving product depth and market share for all tiers. you will focus on maintaining current business relationships, improve inactive accounts and create new business opportunities. you will be aware of all project bids and target Ingram Micro involvement in them._
- What will you do?_
- You will establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts._
- You will Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations._
- You will meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts._
- You need to Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship._ you need to proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis._
- You will sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources._
- You will manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement._
- You will lead solution development efforts that best address enduser needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel._
- You will ensure partner compliance with partner agreements._
- You will drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners._'_

- _ Solution Planning and Design_: architects an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer's requirements, investigates and optimizes a solution's fit to the requirements of an opportunity, adapts solution design to new requirements, establishes the validity of a solution and its components, identifies the growth path and scalability options of a solution and includes these in design activities, generates an implementation plan with timelines for the solution, anticipates some of the potential challenges for the proposed project plan, assesses likely competitive threats._
- _ Solution proposal and Showcasing: _Conducts presentations and workshops for customers around MicroFocus Software, Assists in technical demos that explain the functionality and benefit of MicroFocus Software, Conducts Proof of Concept (POC) installation and configuration on client sites for MicroFocus software evaluation, Provided Answers and Integrated Solutions in order to reply to RFP, RFI and RFQ._
- _ Client/customer relationship: _maintains excellent communications with customer management, represents the company as a technical expert with customers; shares knowledge in the area of expertise, advances opportunities through the use of effective consultative selling techniques, builds customer loyalty through being a trusted advisor, partners effectively with others in the account to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction, communicates and articulates the details of their component roles in a proposed customer solution._
- _ Team collaboration_: actively supports the account team with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications, transfers knowledge to peer Sales Engineers via contributing participation in education programs, identifies overlooked opportunities within the account, analyzes and provides support to deals in the pipeline where needed, facilitates a smooth transition from sales to implementation by orienting the appropriate teams to the solution design; understands the roles and effectively engages other teams and resources within the company and partners._
