Our Client in Events & Entertainment Industry based in Dubai is hiring for Site Coordinators with 7 years of experience and minimum 3 years in Middle East working on fitout design and construction, exhibition fitout experience desirable; a minimum education qualification of Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent; will be expected to work a shift pattern which might include weekends depending on the requirement.

It is a 05(five) months contract only from August until December 202- Manage construction contractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects

  • Liaise with Technical, Controls, and HSE functions within the team
  • Deep knowledge of Finishes and Interiors materials and methodologies to execute delivery and resolve related issues on site.
  • Constant presence on site overseeing progress of works
  • Site coordination with Landlords, Logistics, HSE, facility management, and ongoing construction projects.
  • Resolve site issues and enable site provisions to the contractor to ensure smooth progress of work
  • Manage the provision of permits and authority approvals
Status reporting and risk identification

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month
