**ABOUT THE FUNCTION
This function is to ensure exceptional Guest Experiences in a highly empowered environment. Represent our brand, throughout the Guest journey, to deliver a flawless service experience. To ensure that the swimming pool safety standards are constantly maintained at the highest level.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Genuine service personality, with high EQ.
  • Lifeguard Certification and Minimum 2 years of similar experience in a 5star hospitality industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience for those required to manage teams.
  • A strong command of spoken English is required; additional language is an asset.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma is required / College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
