Position:
BDM/Agents Acquisition Manager/Broker Manager
Company - A leading Real Estate Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully onboard new agencies, providing comprehensive training and activation support to transform them into proficient company sellers.
- Oversee a portfolio of brokers/agents, with a focus on the UAE and international markets.
- Identify and establish new business avenues to significantly boost sales volume and enhance company's market presence.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for agent acquisition and business expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns to attract potential agents.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential agents to showcase the benefits of partnering with the company.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, including the Agents Training team, Events & Roadshows team, CRM team, and Operations team, to ensure seamless agency preparation, service, and engagement.
- Provide realtime support to the Agent Operations team, ensuring smooth execution of commission payouts, marketing reimbursements, new agency registrations, and contractual formalities to maintain operational efficiency.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to achieve and surpass annual revenue targets.
- Specialize in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances to enhance Company's offerings and market reach.
- Establishing strong B2B relationships to enhance company's market presence.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to maximize mutual benefits and achieve shared business goals.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to provide valuable insights for the development of new products or improvements to existing offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents to foster loyalty and drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities for agent acquisition and business development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of overseeing a portfolio of brokers and successfully onboarding new agencies in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE and international real estate markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and departments.
- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide valuable insights for strategic planning.
- Resultsdriven with a track record of achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with brokers and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Pay:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month
