The Global Marketing team is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with trade and retail digital marketing experience to reach new audiences, and support revenue growth in our UAE, European and Middle East and Africa regions, in partnership with our resellers and distributors.


THE ROLE


The EMEA Marketing Manager will have oversite in the building and execution of joint annual marketing plans for specified resellers and alongside distributors.

This role will collaborate with key account managers, global marketing team and be the go-to contact for marketing peers at key resellers and distributors in region.


You will be responsible planning and executing instore and digital marketing tactics that support revenue growth and align to the global marketing strategy.

You will have strong communication, influencing and organizational skills with an interest in music, consumer electronics and be tech savvy.

This role requires someone who is confident presenting virtually and in person.

This role would ideally suit someone who has experience working for a global company with multiple partners internally and externally.

Distributor Managed Market:
in Middle East, Africa, and Europe

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for providing marketing support to a Distributor/select Resellers in region to achieve established marketing and business objectives across a variety of channels.
  • Be the marketing SME with internal and external stakeholders within distributor market.
  • Work with Regional Commercial Distributor lead to execute within marketing support levels and expectations, based on distributor agreements and available resources to achieve business objectives by leveraging and optimizing our marketing/media budget
  • Responsible for communication to distributor in region, ensuring transparency to marketing priorities and information to meet objectives.
  • Ensure Distributor driven marketing aligns to our brand and merchandising guidelines
  • Lead assessment and drive actions towards standardization and delivering efficiencies across markets. Examples include merchandising and brand store marketing investment & support.
  • Liaison between distributor and global marketing to ensure distributors have access to appropriate assets, plans, etc.
  • Responsible for communicating marketing direction to Distributors, based on established global marketing and distributor model priorities.
  • Support Distributor on annual marketing planning (ABP) including product launch, lifecycle activities, investment planning based on marketing funds. Ensure plans are visible and approved or aligned to.
  • Set expectations for marketing performance measurement. Monitor reporting.
  • Additional Tasks may include promotions planning, product page setup, performance marketing, in store retail merchandising execution
