The
MEA Sales Manager will report directly to the VP Area Distribution while working closely with the Customer Service, Education, Marketing, Purchase and RAQA departments.

His/her role will be to achieve sales targets in the MEA region and ensure the best level of sales support to our partners.


His/her main missions will be to:

  • Achieve the quantitative objectives (sales target, growth, margin, collection ) defined by the Management
  • Build up commercial offers to Distributors, negotiate and close deals in coordination with Sales Management.
  • Present realistic sales projections to the Management and update the rolling forecasts; elaborate the Marketing/Education Budget.
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a network of KOL throughout the region.
  • Provide technical support and expertise during local sales actions (surgical cases, workshops with surgical teams, interviews with surgeons, onbooth presence at local congresses )
  • Organize local and regional activities for surgeons training (congresses, wet labs, workshops,), in coordination with Marketing/Education and Distributors.
  • Set up a tailormade continuous training program for Distributors staff (Basic to Expert level), in coordination with Education, bringing our partners to the highest level of expertise possible and making sure they spread the adequate Spineart image.
  • Ensure the market access and follow up on product registrations processes in coordination with Regulatory Affairs.
  • Follow up on Distributors orders and urgent needs, in coordination with Customer Service.
  • Ensure our Distributors inventory is in good conditions and that they are aware of the most updated versions of our Products, marketing collaterals, Education activities calendar...
  • Stay aware of market and expansion opportunities in the Territory, competitor's activity, changes in Regulations
  • Provide a detailed monthly reporting to the VP Area Distribution.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' sales/business experience in the Spine industry ideally or another medical speciality (preferably Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Sport Medicine, CMF)
  • High achieving, ambitious, resultoriented and reactive.
  • Fluency in Arabic and in English is mandatory, French notions would be appreciated.
  • Ability to travel extensively (> 50% of the time) in the whole region and to work flexible hours.
  • Strong organizational skills, independent and proactive (ability to work remotely).
  • Strong communication and teaching skills
  • Professional written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Integrity, trust and transparency are required
  • Basic Computer skills (MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Salary:
AED3, AED16,372.41 per month
