Office Administrator Receptionist Female Only

Female only - preferably on a family visa / Father or Husband Visa.

  • Professionally Answering screening and forwarding main line incoming phone calls to the respective appropriate staff member.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
  • Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a customeroriented approach
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Provides general office and operational support
  • Eager to learn.

Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
