  • Assist clients in the process of company formation in the UAE, including mainland and free zone entities
  • Conduct research on business regulations, licensing requirements, and company structuring options
  • Prepare and review documentation required for company formation, such as Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, and shareholder agreements
  • Liaise with government authorities and free zone entities to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with various departments to obtain necessary trade licenses, permits, and visas for clients
  • Provide guidance on corporate governance, legal compliance, and documentation procedures
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client information and documentation
  • Keep clients informed about the progress of their company formation process and address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in company formation or related roles in the UAE
  • Solid knowledge of UAE company formation processes, laws, and regulations
  • Familiarity with mainland and free zone company structures and requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain client confidentiality
