  • Professional who monitors the work activities of cleaning personnel, scheduling, knowledge of cleaning materials.
  • Must have computer skills and reporting.

Assists the Manager in supervising and monitoring the all cleaning personnel.· Undertakes walk-arounds of the areas cleaned by the cleaners, to double-check on the completed job, in addition to the monitoring conducted by the supervisors.· Receives daily report from the Supervisors regarding the areas cleaned and the job completed.· Arranges for monthly replenishment of cleaning materials subject to the approval of Project Manager.· Reports to the Manager on all issues related to the work, in order to ensure smooth functioning of the same.· Monitors and guides the supervisors in dealing with issues related to cleaners.· Collects all reports made by supervisors and submits the same to Manager.· Checks time sheets on a monthly basis and approves the same before submitting to the Project Manager.· Participates in weekly meetings with Managers and clients to discuss issues related to the cleaning job.
