Job Description:


As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at INOI, you will be responsible for leading and executing the company's marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our products in the competitive mobile phone market.


Key Responsibilities:

Developing Marketing Strategies:
Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and brand vision

Brand Management:
Oversee the management and evolution of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints

Product Marketing:
Collaborate with product management teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products

Digital Marketing:
Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing, to increase brand visibility and generate leads

Customer Acquisition:
Develop and execute customer acquisition programs to expand our customer base and drive sales growth

Market Research:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for innovation

Marketing Analytics:
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize marketing performance, and drive informed decision-making

Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and collaboration

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics sector.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies, with hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans.
