Job Summary:

The Store Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the stock inventory, preparing invoices, and performing various clerical tasks. This role also includes regular visits to the warehouse to receive stock and ensure inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure adequate inventory.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Update inventory records in the system accurately and timely.

Invoice Preparation:

  • Prepare and process invoices for goods received and dispatched.
  • Ensure all invoices are accurately documented and filed.

Clerical Duties:

  • Maintain and organize all documentation related to stock and inventory.
  • Prepare reports on inventory status, stock levels, and any issues.
  • Handle other correspondence related to store operations.

Warehouse Visits:

  • Visit the warehouse regularly to receive stock and verify deliveries.
  • Ensure smooth receipt and storage of inventory.
  • Inspect received goods for quality and accuracy against purchase orders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Proven experience in stock management, inventory control, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move stock items as needed.

Pay:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
