Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the go-to-market strategy; this leader must be strategically savvy and innovative, with the ability to take a vision and translate it into a solid strategy (goals, priorities, and tactics)
  • Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales and go-to-market organization; attract, recruit, and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute operational business strategies that will fuel rapid revenue growth and establish a strong presence in the market
  • Offer strategic guidance, insights, and knowledge about market trends, customer attitudes, and the effectiveness of sales strategies. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention while aiming to maximize account growth and penetration
  • Take charge of the sales team, providing leadership, mentoring, coaching, and development to achieve goals; maintain clear and regular communication regarding company direction, performance, and accomplishments
  • Lead the market by boosting revenue and acquiring new customers
  • Promote the product and enhance customer success and partnerships
  • Contribute to shaping key strategic decisions as a member of the company's leadership team

Experience & Knowledge

  • Proven success in leading and building effective teams, while operating in a determined and highly motivated manner
  • Extensive expertise across various customer segments, from Mid-market to Enterprise customers & price points
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across different teams
  • Effective mentoring and process improvement skills (e.g., Enhancing BDRs through competitive differentiation training)
  • Experience in driving growth from $20M+ to $50M+ in ARR and managing a sales team of 10+ individuals
  • Demonstrated ability to establish a genuine sales process from the ground up and implement a structured sales approach
  • Proven capability in building and leading impactful teams to deliver revenue and outcomes
  • Confirmed track record of optimal collaboration with marketing, business development, and customer success to create a robust, unified go-to-market strategy
  • Validated experience in driving sales with a new product or in a new market environment
