The position

As General Manager and Vice President you will drive the strategic leadership and set direction and priorities to drive business performance improvement and growth in alignment with Novo Nordisks corporate strategy.

By combining a strong commercial mindset and business understanding you can develop innovative solutions and strategies while providing guidance and direction to the team.

You will set the stage for a futurefit organisation that encompasses both shortterm and longterm goals.

Through your extensive leadership experience you will maintain and nurture an existing culture of engagement and high performance where people are empowered to take decisions and where theres a high sense of belonging driven by purpose and employee experience.

You will be head up a crossfunctional team of various departments and Business Units such as: Obesity Rare Disease Diabetes Finance Clinical Medical Regulatory & Pharmacovigilance and Legal Ethics Compliance & Quality and People & Organisation where effective communication collaboration and best practice sharing is at the forefront.

Qualifications You have a degree qualification coupled with significant experience in pharmaceutical industry.

A minimum of 5 years of previous GM experience from pharmaceutical healthcare industry would be preferred and important consideration in decision making.

Combined with a proven track record heading up sizable sales organizations are required to be successful in this role.
Bringing significant business experience from the healthcare industry in the Middle East Region is seen as highly beneficial.
