Hiring for a Government client in Dubai.

1. Follow up on the directives of His Excellency the Director General and the Board of Directors and ensure that the necessary measures are taken on time.

2. Follow up on incoming/ outgoing official correspondence and correspondence via the Tarasoul system to the Executive Directors office.

3. Preserving correspondence and official documents within an integrated system for archiving documents.

4. Follow up on the status of messages received from all sectors and departments of the authority and ensure that the closure of correspondence is not delayed.

5. Preparing for the evaluation of the Executive Directors office.

6. Preparing the monthly reports related to the status of the correspondence received at the office of the Executive Director.

7. Follow up on coordination with the Office of the Director General and the Chairman of the Board of Directors to ensure that all directives, instructions, and recommendations received from the Office of the Director General and the Chairman of the Board of Directors are implemented.

8. Ensure that all requirements are provided on time, follow up on matters related to the Executive Directors office, and prepare and implement the tasks assigned to him from the minutes of meetings and PowerPoint presentations.

9. Taking and following up the approval of the Executive Director on the documents sent by the concerned authorities.

10. Periodic follow-up and update of the shared file.

11. Follow up on individual performance plans for sector employees in coordination with the Human Resources Department.

1. The ability to prepare reports in an orderly and professional manner.

2. A good listener and communicator with a high ability to communicate and convey information orally and in writing.

3. An effective member of the work team and able to enhance confidence in his relationships with clients and team members.

6. High degree of analytical thinking, demonstrating talent, Identify, examine, improve, and simplify multiple work processes.
