What we need from you:
- Resort experience within a luxury brand
- Min 1 year experience in similar role, in a resort setting
- Strong skills and knowledge of Opera system
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Adaptability to diverse market and team
- Excellent guest experience skills
