Business Development Sponsorship Coordinator

Our client awellknown Events Organization in Abu Dhabi is currently looking fora Business Development & SponsorshipCoordinator.
Inthis role you will primarily be responsible for introducing theorganization s activities identifying other companies that canprovide funding for the organization s activities negotiating thecommercial contract of the sponsorship and ensuring that allpartnered sponsorship arrangements arefulfilled.
Responsibilities
- Developand implement a comprehensive business development strategy toincrease revenue andprofitability.
- Identifyand cultivate relationships with potential sponsors partners anddonors.
- Negotiatesponsorship and partnershipagreements.
- Developand execute marketing and promotional campaigns to increase sponsorand partnervisibility.
- Manageand track sponsorships and partnerships to ensure contractualobligations aremet.
- Coordinatewith crossfunctional teams to create effective sponsorship andpartnershipprograms.
- Analyzeand report on the effectiveness and ROI of sponsorship andpartnershipprograms.
Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in business marketing or a relatedfield
- 3years of experience in business development sponsorship sales orrelatedfield
- Willingto work and be based in AbuDhabi
- Willingto work for long working hours; including weekends whenneeded.
- Strongcommunication negotiation and networkingskills
- Demonstratedtrack record of generating revenue through sponsorships andpartnerships.
- Experiencewith project management and eventplanning.
- Abilityto work independently and within ateam.
