Operations Manager for our HumanResources team in Denver, CO; Menlo Park, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Natick,MA; and Philadelphia, PA . The HR Operations Manager will enablethe Exponent HR support model transformation, accelerating processoptimization and transition to tiered service delivery. Thesuccessful candidate will have a strong background in projectmanagement, process optimization, HR shared services delivery, andtechnology enablement. The HR Operations Manager will also beresponsible for ensuring that all HR processes are efficient,well-documented, and designed to optimize the employee experience.You will be responsible for: Enabling the HR support modeltransformation, driving process optimization and transition to aTiered Support Model Providing leadership and driving best practicewithin HR Operations team Managing HR operations projects andinitiatives, ensuring timely and successful implementationCollaborating with HR leadership to identify and implement processimprovements and automation opportunities Drivingthe

development and adoption of technologysolutions to enhance HR service delivery Developing tools andprocesses to monitor, report on, and continuously improve HRservice delivery Developing and maintaining process documentationfor all HR policies & processes Continuously reviewing andimproving HR processes to drive quality, efficiency, and employeeexperience Leading change management initiatives to drive theadoption of new processes and technologies You will have thefollowing skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or related field Provenexperience in HR operations management, with a focus on processoptimization and technology enablement Strong project managementskills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability todrive change and lead transformation initiatives Experience indeveloping and maintaining process documentation Proven trackrecord of driving continuous improvement in HR processes Experiencein leading change management initiatives
