  • Manages PMO and ProjectControls performance on their assignedcommissions.

  • Creates anddesigns effective implementation of PMO and Project Controlsframework/strategy on assignedcommissions.

  • Manages anddirects Clients, consultants, contractors, project team on assignedcommissions on all PMO and Project Controlsmatters.

  • Partners withclients to meet expectations and build strong professionalrelationships.

  • Providesexpert advice to the Project team in the administration of the PMOand Project Controls process, with focus on cost, schedule, change,risk and reporting, to achieve key objectives and the escalation ofperformance and managementissues.

  • Facilitates anddrives periodic reporting and structured governance and performancemeetings.

  • Accountable fordeveloping and managing Baseline (scope, time, cost, risk,assumptions) and subsequent delivery performance, change andcontingencymonitoring.

  • Contributes tothe development of Quantitively Analysis (cost andtime).

  • Works alongside thePMO Director and/or Project Manager to recognise actions, recogniseopportunities and mitigate risks andissues.

  • Coordinatesactivities/operations to ensure they are carried out in line withMace Control Centre, Client requirements and prevailinglegislation.

  • Responsible forline management a team of PMO and Project Controls team members todeliver on assignedcommissions.

  • Providescomprehensive technical expertise to mentor and assist the personaland career development of team members of the PMO and ProjectControls team.

  • Manages theintegration of Project Controls with PMO and Planningdisciplines.

  • Supports theHUB PMO and Project Controls Director with resourcing andrecruitment for the assignedcommission.

  • Workscollaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbontransition and share responsibility for the proactiveidentification and management of the associated carbon emissionsand reductions during the delivery ofwork.

You’ll needto have:

  • Experience ofeffective PMO and Project Controls leadership on complexconstructionprojects.

  • Experience insetting up effective PMO and Project Controls Services/audit andassuranceframeworks/strategies.

  • Comprehensiveknowledge of risk tools, techniques and software (e.g. MS officeand Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6 andRiskHive).

  • Ability to manageactivities with significant uncertainty of solution oroutcome.
