- Develops, implements, and monitors Information Management Systems to ensure data accuracy & security, making it appropriate to the needs of the Head Office and Project site office.
- Provides routine status of performance graphical presentation reports, different type of KPIs and drives continuous improvement efforts to maximize efficiency and compliance of the document internal & external process.
- Preparing Information & Document Management related procedure & process and updating as per the latest rules and regulations agreed by the Management & QA/QC Management.
- Overall responsibilities of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) Administration and Troubleshoot.
- Ensure the Project Team members are provided with adequate training and support to enable them to successfully use the procedure and systems in use by the Program.
- Manage the SharePoint-based document control system (i.e. creation of project sites within SharePoint, creation and maintenance of user access to the project sites, correct usage of document approval workflows, close liaison with the Lead Project Document Control Specialist, backup and archival of completed projects, etc.)

**PROFILE**:

- Senior Professional shall have a technical / engineering related university degree
- Minimum (10) years’ experience in the required field of expertise in Conventional Railway Project.
- Experience in Digital Information Management Systems and Processes In-house management.
- Experience with Primavera version 6.
- Experience in management of SharePoint-based document control systems.
- GCC experience preferred.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English
