Must be proficientwith Microsoft Office applications and maintain a sufficient levelof computer knowledge to identify and solve minorproblems.

Essential JobDuties

  • Assist the sales team with providingguidance, training and customer support through the front-endanalysis, program development, implementation, and rollout phasesfor our clients.
  • Provide support for ourclients for group and onsite trainingrequests.
  • Develop and maintain produceorialdocumentation for the Corporate Services team and extranetportal.
  • Assist with the training andimplementation of the CertPREP for our B2Bclients
  • Become fully knowledgeable on theregistration system assisting students and decision makersregarding registration process, class selection, designing customclasses, and delivery center information.
  • Worksdirectly with customer management staff when themanager’s approval is required for classconfirmation.
  • Assist the accounting/collectionsteam with information to ensure corporate goals and aging are met,while minimizing bad debt risk.
  • Perform otherduties and tasks as assigned.

JobQualifications

  • Education: bachelor’sdegree and/or 2 years’ experience in a relatedarea
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 2-5years’ experience in customer service, technical support,or related field.
  • Certification: Pearson ITSpecialist Certification Preferred

  • Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills are required.
  • AdvancedMicrosoft Office Skills in Excel, Access, andWord
  • Must be able to work in a fast-pacedoffice environment.
  • Ability to workindependently and creatively.
  • Must be able todeal effectively with people.
  • The ability towork under pressure is essential.
  • Must possessgood judgment, initiative, strong work ethic anddependability.
  • High School Diploma is required;some college or a degree is preferred.
  • Abilityto Multitask as simultaneous use of computer and phone is amust.
  • Project Management experiencepreferred.
  • Positive, patient, empathetic,resilient, customer-focused team player who is dependable,organized, and detailed.

Compensation at Pearson isinfluenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited toskill set, level of experience, and specific location. As requiredby the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State andNew York City laws, the pay range for this position is asfollows:
