What You WillDo

  • Workclosely with Group Head of Talent Acquisition to establishconsistent and standard processes across the group in usingsourcing channels
  • Ensure Al Futtaim careerwebsite is regularly reviewed and content is in line with HR andbusiness strategy
  • Review the analytics of thecareers website and provide recommendations on changes to increasethe likelihood of quality hires as required by thebusiness
  • Review and integrate data between TAand other Talent processes leveraging that information tocontinually improve hiring practices – (eg TalentReviews, BNA, etc)
  • Review and revise TA MI Packwith Systems Administrator
  • Review currentassessment process and research new assessment tools. Makerecommendations for new assessment process to increase quality ofhires.
  • Support in evaluating executive searchagencies for preferred supplier list
  • Support inevaluating TA tools for preferred supplierlist
  • Support in VendorManagement
  • Develop TA LinkedIn social mediaapproach in line with AF Linked In social mediastrategy
  • Manage the use of Impressions onLinkedIn to attract the right talent to support Talent acquisitionstrategy
  • Develop dashboard of metrics incollaboration with Group Head of Talent Acquisition and managers,to ensure sourcing channels and strategies are regularlyevaluated
  • Provide high level updates to GroupHead of Talent and Talent Acquisition on the impact of socialcommunity management / social attraction strategies on acquisitionof Talent within AF
  • Develop and maintain strongrelationship with GMASCO Social MediaLead
  • Liaise with HR/Talent social mediastakeholders to assist in the development of Talent Brand andThought Leadership content
  • Continuousimprovement through understanding of measurement tools, scorecards,and recruitment analytics
  • Review quarterlyresults and provide recommendations on improving the quality ofservice in line with feedback
  • Createdevelopment plan and resources for TA Team to ensure teamcapability meets performancerequirements
  • Formulate and conduct healthchecks on Talent Acquisition team to assess current capability inaccordance with Talent Acquisition Processes and Key WorkOutputs
  • Support Group Head of TalentAcquisition with regular process reviews
  • EnsurePolicies, SOP and SLAs are also reviewed with stakeholders andmeasured on a quarterly basis.
  • Communicate toBusiness Stakeholders the positive impact of processreviews
  • Management of best practice material onCLC and ensure TA Team is aligned with best practice

  • Bachelor's Degree in BusinessAdministration or Human Resources
  • 6 years ofexperience in TA Operations
  • Experience inmanaging external vendors
  • Experience inrecruitment metrics and reporting
  • Knowledge ofrecruiting market trends and bestpractices
  • Stakeholders management and highlevel of collaboration
