Overview:

The Business Development Coordinator supports the sales and growth strategies of a company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and assisting with marketing and administrative tasks. This role involves market research, lead generation, proposal development, and coordination with internal teams to drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and maintain a database of potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Assist in nurturing client relationships through follow-ups, meetings, and communications.
  • Proposal & Presentation Development: Support in drafting business proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business growth strategies.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze sales performance, industry trends, and business opportunities.
  • Administrative Support: Manage business development documentation, contracts, and scheduling meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in business development, sales, or marketing (experience in Luxury Retail industry a Must).
  • Skills: Strong communication, research, and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
