Requirements:

  • Atleast 2 years of experience in software administration particularlywith SaaS platforms.
  • Proven track recordworking with CRM systems such as HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics orSalesforce with a minimum of 2 years in a relevant role.
  • Either hold Microsoft Certifications such asMicrosoft Office Specialist (MOS) for Word Excel and PowerPoint andMicrosoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or possessan equivalent level of knowledge and handson experience with theMicrosoft 365 suite of applications.
  • Experience in user administration and managingAzure AD.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in English with a strong ability to workcollaboratively across different teams and withclients.
  • Highly organized with the capabilityto manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a logicaland analytical approach to addressing challenges.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools primarilyJira and Confluence as these are integral to our operationalprocesses.
  • Proven track record of working withCRM systems such as HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforceincluding experience in user administration and managing Azure AD.
  • Demonstrated expertise in administeringoptimizing and ensuring the reliability of Microsoft 365applications critical to business operations such as Teams OutlookOneDrive SharePoint Word and Excel.
  • Strongtechnical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and addresstechnical challenges along with analytical skills to identifyopportunities for system enhancements and efficiencygains.
  • Direct experience with implementationconfiguration and use of CPQ software is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently with minimalsupervision demonstrating initiative and selfdirection.
  • Comfortable working in and contributing to adistributed global team environment.
  • Someunderstanding of software development practices would be beneficialalthough not mandatory.
  • Familiarity withAtlassian tools primarily Jira and Confluence as these are integralto our operational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and ongoing refinement of CPQ documenttemplates ensuring they leverage the capabilities of MicrosoftOffice tools effectively to meet business and clientneeds.
  • Configure and customize the CPQplatform to align with project specifications and requirements witha focus on beautiful and highly compatible document outputs.
  • Oversee the daytoday management of internalMicrosoft365 applications and HubSpot including user accesssecurity settings and feature updates.
  • Monitor system performance conduct regular health checks andimplement enhancements to ensure optimal functionality and userexperience.
  • Facilitate the integration ofHubSpot with other internal business systems providing technicalsupport and guidance to ensure seamless operation and dataconsistency.
  • Act as the first point of contactfor technical issues within the internal business systems ensuringtimely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with project teams on CPQimplementations contributing technical expertise and support toensure project success.
  • Continuously evaluateand improve internal processes and systems leveraging feedback andanalytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenanceof an internal knowledge base documenting best practicestroubleshooting guides and system updates.
  • Design and deliver training programs for internal teams and clientson effectively using the CPQ system Microsoft 365 applications andHubSpot to enhance productivity and user engagement.
  • Represent the voice of the user indiscussions with product and engineering teams advocating forfeatures and improvements that enhance user satisfaction andperformance.
  • Support the deployment of newreleases and updates to internal business systems ensuring thoroughtesting and validation to maintain system integrity andperformance.
  • Maintain comprehensivedocumentation for system configurations data mappings and workflowprocesses ensuring accuracy and accessibility for allstakeholders.
