About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director – Loyalty, Engagement and Events to join the Brand Team in Jumeirah Group Services.

  • Lead global member engagement and loyalty initiatives for Jumeirah One, enhancing personalized experiences, strategic partnerships, and exclusive events for elite members.
  • Drive marketing alignment with brand positioning, ensuring seamless integration of Jumeirah One branding and messaging.
  • Transition the Member Engagement Centre into a proactive, relationship-driven unit.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships Lead to maximize opportunities with key partners, such as Williams Racing.
  • Develop and execute an experiences and events strategy, including monthly and quarterly activations for elite members.
  • Oversee annual marketing and campaign planning for Jumeirah One, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy.
  • Enhance the member journey by integrating personalized touchpoints across multiple marketing channels.
  • Design a recognition strategy for elite-tier members, incorporating a structured activation schedule for key hotels and seasonal events.
  • Establish a Steering Committee with regular focus groups of high-profile guests to test and refine new ideas, member experiences, and benefits.
  • Ensure the effective application of the brand code and positioning within Jumeirah One.
  • Lead PR initiatives as part of the loyalty program evolution.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a marketing/ engagement role required, with at least 1 year in a management role.
  • Proven experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and a proactive approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
