You will also lead Emiratisation efforts, support hiring in the KSA market, and drive onboarding strategies to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about finding and retaining exceptional talent, we'd love to hear from youWhat You'll Do:Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentLead Talent Planning: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to attract and retain a diverse, high-caliber workforce.Own the Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.Expand Talent Sourcing Channels: Leverage multiple sources—including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals—to attract top talent.Workforce Planning: Align recruitment efforts with business needs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.Innovate & Optimize Recruitment Processes: Implement creative sourcing strategies and advanced hiring tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Build Strong Business Partnerships: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insights, and ensure smooth hiring processes.Lead Emiratisation Initiatives: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain Emirati talent, ensuring compliance with UAE nationalization programs.KSA Market Expertise: Understand Saudization requirements, build recruitment strategies tailored for the KSA market, and partner with local hiring managers to secure top talent.Onboarding & RetentionOwn the Onboarding Process: Ensure a structured, engaging, and effective onboarding experience for all new hires.Support Employee Integration: Work closely with HR to enhance retention strategies and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.Develop Onboarding Plans: Tailor onboarding programs for Emirati and KSA hires, considering cultural and legal aspects.Employer Branding & Stakeholder ManagementEnhance Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position SARA Group as a top employer in the GCC.Manage Recruitment Agencies & Vendors: Partner with external recruiters and ensure vendor contracts align with business needs.Develop Job Descriptions & Hiring Guidelines: Create and refine job descriptions, ensuring role clarity and alignment with company objectives.Encourage Employee Referrals & Engagement: Motivate employees to become brand ambassadors and drive talent referrals.What You Should Bring:Talent Expertise: A deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and talent attraction strategies.Emiratisation & KSA Market Knowledge: Experience in hiring Emirati and Saudi talent, understanding local labor laws and nationalization programs.Onboarding & Retention Focus: Passion for ensuring new hires have an engaging and seamless onboarding experience.Relationship Builder: Ability to develop strong partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruiters.Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software for effective talent tracking.Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with a strategic approach.Passion for People: A commitment to fostering a positive candidate experience and maintaining high client service standards.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment management, or hiring roles, with exposure to Emiratisation and KSA recruitment.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employer branding, onboarding, and HR policies.Experience working in both agency and in-house recruitment environments is a plus.Proficiency in social media recruitment, job boards, and networking platforms.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple hiring needs, build strong relationships, and work independently.Why Join Us?At SARA Group, we are more than a team—we are a community.
