We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new project opportunities in the software development industry. As a key contributor to our business development initiatives, you will leverage your market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and strategic approach to expand our client base and open new avenues for collaboration within the Middle East and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends to pinpoint opportunities in software development services.
- Lead the entire business development cycle from initial contact through project acquisition.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and negotiate terms to secure projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align clients' needs with our technical expertise.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the software/IT industry.
- Proven track record in securing projects and managing client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE and Middle Eastern software development market.
