  • To provide a personal service toall Club Millesime guests fully aware and following the hotelstandards and procedures.
  • To provideuncompromising levels of cleanliness and abide to all health andsafety regulations of Dubai municipality and other hotelrequirements.
  • To use appropriate materialsequipments and supplies for the smooth run of the Club MillesimeLounge operations and to ask for requisitionsaccordingly.
  • To use the proper telephoneetiquette as per Sofitel standards.
  • To remainin close contact with guests of the Club Millesime lounge byinteracting with them whenever possible.
  • To befriendly attentive and stay professional at alltimes.
  • To respect the privacy of the guests andthe confidentiality of the information.
  • Toassist and to coordinate the daily activity with the butlers andthe Club Millesime Lounge Supervisor and to replace him/herwhenever needed.
  • To personally greet and escortthe guests rather than pointing outdirections.
  • To manage any guest complaint in aprofessional manner by resolving it and making sure the guest issatisfied and recording it.
  • To call the ClubMillesime Supervisor Assistant Manager FOM DOR or the HM for advicein serious cases or if an approval isrequired.
  • To report all guest comments orcomplaints.
  • To be fully aware of VIPs in houseto recognize them and keep a good trace ofthem.
  • To update details of all Club Millesimereservations 24 hours prior to arrival and to follow everycontent.
  • To provide a warm welcome of theguests in the Lounge at any time.
  • To performfood and beverage handling duties as per the Club Millesime Loungeconcept and timings (to set up and serve breakfast lunch afternoontea pre and post dinner cocktails drinks during the day any otherrequests).
  • To perform secretarial (copy faxinternet telephone scan typing etc.) receptionist (check in guestfiles check out cashiering etc.) and concierge (flights excursionscity info etc.) duties with good knowledge and use of technicalequipments hotel management system internet and other communicationtools respecting all the operation financial and auditprocedures.
  • To recognize the Club Millesimeguests and to anticipate their needs wheneverpossible.
