  • PerformanceImprovement:
  • Drive the development andimplementation of performance improvement initiatives, leveragingappropriate technologies and optimizing resourcemanagement.
  • Ensure continuous improvement indrilling and completions processes through innovation and bestpractices.
  • StakeholderCollaboration:
  • Collaborate with Joint VenturePartners, Drilling Contractors, Asset Managers, G&G,Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering, Logistics, Contracts, Procurement,Finance, and Human Resources to meet departmentalgoals.
  • Serve as the primary interface betweenthe Drilling & Completions department and other keystakeholders.
  • FinancialManagement:
  • Ensure all drilling andcompletion/workover operations are executed within asset timing andbudget guidelines.
  • Manage departmental budgets,ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising safety orquality.
