  • A proven trackrecord working within Engineering, Manufacturing, orFMCG.
  • Knowledge and previous experience with6-sigma/SPC techniques within processmanufacturing
  • Yellow Belt orabove.
  • Proficiency in performance metrics andproject management tools.
  • Strong leadershipskills with the ability to inspire and motivateteams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and aproactive approach to identifying improvementopportunities.
  • Good communication skills toeffectively liaise with variousdepartments.
  • Previous experience in theimplementation of lean structures, and application of Leantools.
  • Experience in supporting and deliveringchange management.
  • A food science, engineeringor bakery qualification attained at HND to degree level.
