Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction effectively. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Manage and resolve customer complaints with a calm and informative approach. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services. Update customer records accurately in the database after each interaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Monitor and report feedback from customers to improve service processes. Handle customer refunds, exchanges, and returns following company policies. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge. Meet departmental performance metrics and quality standards consistently. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail is mandatory. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and databases effectively. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
