WSP Middle East is currently seeking aBusiness Development professional specializing in SpecialistServices to join our team in Dubai UAE.

Our goalis to establish Specialist Services as a distinctive niche offeringin the Middle East focusing exclusively on single ormultidiscipline projects under the Specialist Servicesframework.

In this role you will play a key rolein identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunitiestailored for Specialist Services. These services encompass a widerange of disciplines including Faade Engineering Lighting DesignAcoustics Security and Risk Management Fire and Life SafetyArchitecture of Record(AoR) Technical Architecture DigitalInnovation Signage and Wayfinding and Ground Engineering. Yourprimary focus will be on targeting architects interior designersdevelopers and engineers as key clients.

WSP iscommitted to delivering exceptional projects across various sectorssuch as hospitality retail master planning residential and publicrealm.


Your newrole whats involved
  • Developand execute a strategic business development plan to enhance WSPspresence and market share in Specialist Services across Dubai andthe wider UAE market.
  • Identify new businessopportunities and establish strong relationships with keystakeholders including architects developers interior designers andengineering firms.
  • Collaborate with internalteams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and capitalize onmarket trends.
  • Lead the preparation andpresentation of proposals bids and negotiations to secure newprojects and contracts.
  • Monitor industry trendsand competitor activities to inform strategic decisionmaking andmarket positioning.

Wedlove to hear from you if youhave:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Engineering Architecture or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in businessdevelopment within the engineering or professional servicesindustry with a focus on specialistservices.
  • Strong network and establishedrelationships with key players in the UAEmarket.
  • Excellent communication negotiation andpresentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in adynamic and multicultural workenvironment.
